About the event

Registration is currently closed. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when sign-up opens. After past gatherings filled to capacity and many heartfelt requests to gather again, Move into Stillness returns as an invitation you can meet whenever your body and nervous system are asking for it.

This experience is not only about releasing what you’ve been carrying. It is also about remembering joy, feeling pleasure in your body, and reconnecting to what feels alive, spacious, and nourishing within you.

Through intuitive movement, sound healing, and shared presence, we create space to soften tension, restore balance, and gently come home to yourself exactly as you are in this season of your life.

Whether you arrive feeling heavy, curious, tired, or open, this evening meets you where you are and supports both letting go and opening up to ease, clarity, connection, and moments of unexpected lightness.

No dance experience needed.

Just bring your body, your breath, and your willingness to listen inward.

The Experience

Jigna
Jigna

Join us for an evening of intuitive movement and sound healing designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and experience both deep rest and genuine joy.

We’ll begin with a guided movement experience led by Jigna Patel, Mindful Life Transition Coach and founder of Shakti Sisters. Through breath, music, and gentle prompts, you’ll explore how your body wants to move. No choreography and no pressure. Just a safe, supportive space to express, soften, and follow what feels good.

Movement may look like stretching, swaying, shaking, stillness, or play. There is no right way, only your way.

Then you’ll settle into stillness as Natalie Gough, intuitive sound healer and owner of Fractal Soundscapes, guides you through a restorative sound bath using gongs, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic frequencies.

Together, these practices help regulate the nervous system, release emotional buildup, and support a felt sense of safety, ease, and inner spaciousness.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Breath-led intuitive movement to release stress and awaken the body

  • A restorative sound bath to support nervous system regulation and deep rest

  • A safe, inclusive space to express, unwind, and reconnect

  • Practices rooted in science and delivered with heart

  • Moments of stillness alongside moments of joy, aliveness, and embodied presence

Who It’s For:

This event is open to all levels of experience. Whether you’re brand new to movement and sound healing or have a regular practice, you are welcome here.

What Past Participants Have Shared:

New participants arrive unsure of what to expect and leave feeling surprised by how deeply nourishing the experience is.

They often share that they felt lighter, calmer, and more grounded than they had in weeks. Others describe feeling held and safe without needing to perform or explain themselves. Many leave feeling deeply rested, yet gently energized, as if their nervous system finally had permission to exhale.

For many, it becomes clear that this was something their body needed long before their mind caught up.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat & pillow or something to lie down on comfortably

  • Blanket or shawl for warmth during the sound bath

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated

  • Comfortable layers (you may warm up during movement and cool down during rest)

  • Eye mask or scarf (optional, for deeper relaxation during sound bath)

  • Journal and pen (optional, for capturing insights or reflections afterward)

Event Notes:

  • Space is limited to maintain an intimate, well-held experience.

  • Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend or donate to participants in need.
